@ Join us for an Open House to celebrate the Lake Tahoe Historical Society’s opening of the 167 year old Osgood Toll House! Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Restoration is complete! Enjoy tours, displays, and games at the History Museum Complex, 3058 Lake Tahoe Boulevard, South Lake Tahoe, CA. A chuck wagon meal with hard or soft drinks will be for sale with cookies and sarsaparilla as a donation. 11:00 AM: Historic Al Tahoe Pioneer Cemetery Tour (RESERVATIONS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE) 2:00-3:00 PM: Meet Snowshoe Thompson and his wife, Agnes in a Chautauqua performance by David and Gayle Woodruff. HISTORY FUN FOR EVERYONE! Restoration is finally complete! The public is invited to join us as we lift the toll gate and share the history of the Osgood Toll House at the History Museum Complex, 3058 Lake Tahoe Boulevard, South Lake Tahoe.
